Very good food. I had the Sirlion Steak which was decent. My friend tried a chicken steak he also enjoyed this. The Naga wings were fire although I do prefer flat wings. And on another note Dihan provided exceptional service thank

Very few times do I make reviews. However, Madina Grill has to be one of the best spots I have eaten in East London. The food was amazing, fresh & full of flavours. Hassan & the rest of the staff were top tier. I will most definitely be eating here often. I strongly recommend for any one who wants fresh & tasty food. I cannot vouch enough !

Amazing food halal and Hassan was brilliant from the minute I walked in and walked out very polite and respectful made you feel like you was welcomed which is very nice to see upon entering restaurants despite him being busy he showed us great hospitality!

Madina Grill is a definite recommend, brother Hassan was a very accomodating and respectful server!! The food was amazing, i personally got the naga wings meal and it exceeded my expectations. The place is quite neat indeed and great aesthetic. Definitely a recommend !!

Lovely service from brother Dihan nice brother who served me gave me a wonderful service always had a smile on his face he managed to cheer me up when I was having a bad day earlier may Allah bless this brother and he was generous to give me tea on the house😊

I visited Madina Grill on 13th September and had an excellent experience. I ordered the Lamb Donner Twist, Naga Wings, and Masala Fries, and we also tried the Fish Naga Biryani. Every dish was spot on full of flavour and perfectly cooked. The service was just as impressive as the food. The staff were friendly, highly professional, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. The restaurant itself was very clean and welcoming, which made the visit even better. I really appreciate the effort from the whole team thank you, and I’ll definitely be returning!

This is a great spot in Shadwell, East London. I was taken here by a friend on Tuesday 2 September 2025. The staff were amazing. K - I believe is the owner, catered to us exceptionally well. It was my first time here and Alhamdulillah it was a great experience. My table was sorted ,cleaned and then served straightaway. The manager suggested what I should get and his choices did not dissapoint. I got one of their mixed grills and it all tasted amazing. Tried their milk cake which tasted fresh and homemade. I Spoke to both the manager and his son throughout my meal, they were both really friendly. Manager then gave some masala chai on the house. I would definitely recommend this place if you you are around tower hamlets wanting proper food with a great atmosphere.

Nice cosy restaurant. Liked the clean decor. Service guys were awesome. Only problem was the food was not hot enough. This type of restaurant food should be piping hot. Maybe the sauce they put makes it less hot. Please do something for that

We had a wonderful experience at Medina Restaurant in London. The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere warm and inviting, but what truly made our visit special was the exceptional service. One of the staff members was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely friendly. He chatted with us, made us feel welcome, and we had such a lovely time talking with him. To top it off, he even went the extra mile to help us find transportation back to our hotel. Such thoughtful and attentive service is rare, and it made our evening unforgettable. Highly recommended!
